visitors

It was so great to have the first of (hopefully!) many good-weather visitors at the end of last week. Great, also, to have an excuse to spend an entire day at the Museum of Science and Industry, at the beach, eating ice cream, playing like pirates in Jacob Park, and riding/watching trains.

Christopher, you old space dog you! It is, perhaps, cliche to say, "How the hell did someone like you get a family as good looking as that," but I'm going to say it anyway: "How the hell did someone like you get a family as good looking as that?"

Okay, wait a second. Here is the basic fact. As Wolfhart Pannenberg has stated, the future has ontological priority over the present. Thus, although it may appear that I am "unworthy" of such a good looking family at present, this decisively proves that I am getting better looking and becoming a more worthy human being daily, and thus in teh future will prove I deserved it all along. So, I really am (will be)all that and a bag of chips :)
