The second best part of yesterday was spent with Paul in his workshop in Wicker Park. Paul makes violins and could show you some interesting things to do with resin (and rosin, for that matter). Paul gets rootsy with Tangleweed, who often play just down the street from The Candy Shop.

Small world: John Lennox (and so I) played a gig with Tangleweed at Martyrs AND it turns out I played on a hockey team with the lead singer of Tangleweed (we quit the team at about the same time and then met up again at the gig).
