Okkervil River put on a great show tonight at Logan Square Auditorium. Will Sheff was en fuego. If you can catch them in your city, Okkervil River is worth staying out late or getting home in the wee hours or paddling up river for.

Belatedly, I want mention The Corn Fed Girls, who played at Lisa's 30th a few weeks ago. Give them a listen. Vocals, rhythm guitar, upright bass, banjo, mandolin, and violiddle=a good time. You can catch them at some of Kalamazoo's fun venues.
